Marinade for Chicken Drumsticks
I love to branch out every once in awhile and this was one of those recipes where I went out on a limb not knowing if my family would be in for it, but let me tell you — they were! I had never really looked too high or low for chicken drumstick recipes, so this was way out of left field for me.
This easy marinade for chicken was not only a breeze to throw together, but it was simply delicious. My husband, our 8 year old son and even our daughter who is five — had seconds. I love also how inexpensive chicken leg recipes are to make and chicken drumsticks are only about 70¢ each, so they make for a very frugal meal paired with some veggies and a salad.

Marinade for Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1 bottle/can Beer or Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- ** This marinade is perfect for 9 drumsticks
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and place chicken into the marinade for atleast 8 hours or overnight, moving every so often to make sure the marinade is touching all of the chicken.
- Grill until done.
