1cupfresh strawberriessliced thin
Instructions
Add a thin layer of sliced strawberries to the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt and thawed Cool Whip until smooth.
Pour mixture over strawberries and spread evenly to the edges.
Cover with foil or a lid and place in the freezer.
Freeze at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
Let sit at room temperature 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Thaw Cool Whip before mixing so the filling blends smooth. Slice fruit thin so frozen pieces are easy to cut. Keep covered in the freezer up to 1 week. If the pie is too hard to cut, let it sit briefly at room temperature before slicing.
