Ingredients

  • 2 pounds raw shrimp deveined and peeled
  • 1 small red onion sliced thin
  • 1 green pepper sliced thin
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced thin
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced thin
  • 1 orange bell pepper sliced thin
  • 2 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 t. Tones Fajita Seasoning Blend
  • 1/2 t. smoked paprika
  • 1 t. chili powder
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder
  • 1/2 t. onion powder
  • 1/2 t. ground cumin
  • 1 t. sea salt
  • 1/4 t. ground pepper

Instructions

  1. If necessary thaw shrimp as directed
  2. Take tails off shrimp
  3. Mix all ingredients weil in a large bowl
  4. Let sit in refrigerator for 2 hours
  5. Spray two baking sheets
  6. Lay shrimp mixture on baking sheets
  7. Cook at 450 degrees for ten minutes
  8. Broil on low for 2-4 minutes to brown shrimp and veggies
