1ouncepackage fat-free sugar-free cheesecake Jell-O gelatindry and unprepared
1container strawberry cheesecake yogurt
1tub Cool Whip8 ounces, thawed
Pink or red food coloringoptional
Fresh strawberries and other fruitfor dipping
Instructions
Pour dry cheesecake Jell-O powder into a bowl.
Add strawberry cheesecake yogurt and stir until combined.
Add food coloring if using and stir in.
Gently fold in thawed Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve cold with strawberries and other fruit for dipping.
Notes
Use the Jell-O powder dry; do not prepare it as gelatin. Make sure Cool Whip is fully thawed before folding in. Chill before serving so the dip firms slightly. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and do not freeze.
