Crock Pot Chocolate Almond Clusters

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces raw almonds
  • 4 ounces German chocolate bar
  • 12 ounce bag semisweet chocolate chips
  • 20 ounces white almond bark

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to slow cooker in the order listed above.
  2. Place a paper towel over the crockpot and place the lid on top of the crock pot.
  3. Let cook on low for 1 hour (no peeking!)
  4. After an hour, stir to combine everything.
  5. Put the paper towel back on top of the crockpot and replace the lid.
  6. Allow to cook for 15 more minutes.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the candy onto parchment paper and allow to cool completely.

Recipe Notes

** A tablespoon scoop is recommended for scooping out onto the parchment paper.
** Depending on the temperature of your room dry time could take 2-3 hours.
** The placing of the paper towels under the slow cooker lid is also really important. There cannot be any condensation in the chocolate mix or you'll have lumpy chocolate. But the paper towels will 100% solve that problem.
