Classic Macaroni Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Elbow Macaroni, cooked, drained and rinsed
  • 1 green pepper
  • 10 small carrots or 1 large
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • Dressing:
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c white vinegar
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, combine dressing ingredients and pour over macaroni mix.
  2. Chill for 2 hours or more in refrigerator.
