1cupbuttersoftened (2 sticks)
1cupgranulated sugar
1cuppacked brown sugar
2large eggs
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
3cupsall purpose Flour
1/2cupvanilla instant pudding mixabout 2/3 of the larger box
1teaspoonbaking soda
1teaspoonsalt
2cupsmini chocolate chips
1cupMini M&M’s
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. Personally, I think that parchment paper is the key to baking. This way your cookies will stay light on the bottoms and chewy - plus, it cuts down on cleanup time dramatically.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugars well. I use my KitchenAid, but you could use a handmixer as well.
Add egg, vanilla and mix until well combined.
Add the flour, instant pudding mix, baking soda and salt and mix in until just combined on low speed.
Add in the mini chips and m&m’s and stir in with a wooden spoon until mixed. Can you say .... delicious?!
