Mini M&M's and Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Melt in your mouth, soft m&m and mini chocolate chip cookies... need I say more?

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter softened (2 sticks)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla instant pudding mix about 2/3 of the larger box
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Mini M&M’s

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. Personally, I think that parchment paper is the key to baking. This way your cookies will stay light on the bottoms and chewy - plus, it cuts down on cleanup time dramatically.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugars well. I use my KitchenAid, but you could use a handmixer as well.
  3. Add egg, vanilla and mix until well combined.
  4. Add the flour, instant pudding mix, baking soda and salt and mix in until just combined on low speed.
  5. Add in the mini chips and m&m’s and stir in with a wooden spoon until mixed. Can you say .... delicious?!
