Crockpot Ravioli Casserole
If you’ve been around here for any length of time, you know that I just love easy dinners. The easier the better and if it involves the crock pot I am all in. Better yet, if there are less than 5 ingredients, I am hooked and the meal will 100% be on my regular rotation. This is one of those meals – it just doesn’t get any better than this in terms of dinnertime ease.
The ingredients are below, but this is a casserole crockpot recipe that has two identical layers. The layers consist of sauce, ravioli, sausage, and lastly cheese. And, I’m confident that you’re going to love it!

I’ve made this recipe before. It was very good. An easy family friendly meal to throw together when I’m busy.
With that said… I understand you need to make money from your blog by advertisements. But geez, yours are a bit overkill. I could barely make it to the recipe for fighting through all the ads. If I don’t write this recipe down now, there will be no next time.
Kate Sorensen says
So glad Lisa! Thank you for letting me know!

How many people does this feed?
Kate Sorensen says
6-8 depending on adults/children.
Dani says
I’m going to try that this week, however, I’m a working mama and can’t quite do those cooking times. Any suggestions? I’d love to just throw it in the crockpot in the morning before I leave for work. Would it hurt to have it on low a majority of the day?
Deb says
Can I double in crockpot?
Jeff says
I think steps 4 and 5 are in the incorrect order.
Judith says
OMG!! I wish I had read Jeff’s comment about 4 and 5 being in the incorrect order before I made this. I hope it turns out all right! I’ll let you know.
Judith says
It turned out just fine. We both loved it.
DENNIS COOK says
Can you layer some ricotta also?
LYNDA GERHART says
Wonder if this would be good with the portobella mushroom ravioli I have on hand?
Fussy eater says
I think it would be amazing ! Good idea – I’m going to try it.
Chrystal says
Could you use ground beef instead of sausage?
Margaret says
Made this a couple of weeks ago and my husband loved it. I used portobello mushroom ravioli since the store only had that kind of ravioli available. It was very good. I plan to make it again soon and will use the four cheese ravioli then.
D Wentling says
Looks delicious. I love slow cooker recipes. I would use my homemade sauce. It has ground beef and pork in it.
Rita says
The adds are bit much. I started to back out of the page and forget the recipe. I stayed the course and may have to try this one.
Michael says
Can you specify what kind of sausage you used? I’m new to cooking meat.
Shannon says
Ground Italian sausage would be delicious.
John says
When recipe states pasta sauce, is it calling for Marinara or spaghetti sauce?
Meg says
I have made it a few times and used spaghetti sauce, but marinara would be good too.
Anna M Pierce says
Can this be made with the crockpot liner bags for easy clean up?
Shannon says
This was delicious! I substituted hamburger meat for sausage. I heavily seasoned with Italian spices. I also replaced ricotta cheese for the first layer of cheese.
Sharon says
Make it all the time. Delish
Patricia A Mammolito says
i add ricotta to make it more like lazagna with a little extra sauce and set crock pot for 6-8 hours wow what a great meal
Gabby says
Are the ravioli supposed to be put in frozen or cooked? It didn’t state that clearly so I assumed frozen.
Kate Sorensen says
Hi Gabby! Frozen will work best.
