Philly Cheese Steak Sliders

Ingredients

  • 12 King's Hawaiian Original Dinner Rolls
  • 1 pound Boneless Sirloin Strip Steak sliced thin
  • 1 Green pepper diced
  • 1/2 Onion diced (divided)
  • 1 T Olive Oil
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 4 T Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp Butter melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Sauté green peppers and all but two tablespoons of diced onions in 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  3. Remove veggies and brown steak in remaining Olive Oil
  4. Sprinkle with garlic powder
  5. Once cooked, cut up steak into small pieces
  6. Separate the tops and bottoms of your rolls with a bread knife
  7. Spread Mayonnaise on both the inside parts of the dinner rolls
  8. Layer veggies, then steak, then cheese on bottom of rolls and lay top of rolls onto mixture
  9. Pour melted butter on top of the rolls and brush with a flexible basting brush

  10. Sprinkle remaining onions on top of butter/rolls

  11. Cover dish with foil

  12. Bake ten minutes, remove foil
  13. Bake another ten minutes
  14. Cut rolls with bread knife to separate
  15. Enjoy!
