Ingredients
12King's Hawaiian Original Dinner Rolls
1poundBoneless Sirloin Strip Steaksliced thin
1Green pepperdiced
1/2Oniondiced (divided)
1TOlive Oil
4slicesProvolone cheese
4TMayonnaise
1tspgarlic powder
3tbspButtermelted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Sauté green peppers and all but two tablespoons of diced onions in 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Remove veggies and brown steak in remaining Olive Oil
Sprinkle with garlic powder
Once cooked, cut up steak into small pieces
Separate the tops and bottoms of your rolls with a bread knife
Spread Mayonnaise on both the inside parts of the dinner rolls
Layer veggies, then steak, then cheese on bottom of rolls and lay top of rolls onto mixture
Pour melted butter on top of the rolls and brush with a flexible basting brush
