Crockpot Candy Dr. Seuss Grinch Cookies

I have been absolutely loving making crockpot candy this year! My freezer is FULL of sweet treats and we're not even half way into the month yet! Now, these Dr. Seuss Grinch Cookies? They're absolutely adorable and just as tasty, too.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
  • 2 oz. white chocolate baking bar
  • 10 oz. package Green Wilton Candy Melts
  • 10 oz. white almond bark
  • Wilton Candy Hearts

Instructions

  1. Layer ingredients in a 2-Quart crockpot
  2. Lay a paper towel big enough to cover the entire crockpot over the crockpot and put the lid on
  3. Set to low for 1 hour
  4. After one hour, stir the chocolate and peanut mixture
  5. **If the chocolate is not all melted, continue on low while stirring in 15 minute increments
  6. Be careful to watch making sure the chocolate doesn't burn
  7. Lay out parchment paper
  8. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup scoop out peanut clusters onto parchment paper
  9. Lay a heart on top of every cluster
  10. Let clusters dry (on the countertop is fine) for 2-3 hours
  11. Store in airtight container on countertop for up to 4 days or in tightly sealed baggie in freezer
