In a cup combine the soda, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, bouillon, vinegar, and seasonings; set aside.

Place roast in crock pot and pour the liquid mixture over roast.

Cover crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until meat is tender and can be shredded with two forks (the longer the better).

Remove the beef from the crock pot and cool.

When meat is cool enough to handle, shred with two forks and cover with leftover liquid. Return meat to slow cooker and serve from there.
