  • 14 cups popped white popcorn
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 lb. white almond bark
  • 3 T. peanut butter

  1. Lay out a 4 foot by 4 foot area of wax paper area on a table or countertop where you have free space. You'll use this area to dry the popcorn for atleast an hour, so make sure it is an area that doesn't need to be used.

  2. Pop the popcorn if it's not popped already in a large bowl.

  3. Melt the almond bark and peanut butter together slowly in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30 second increments.

  4. Pour the almond bark/peanut butter mixture over popcorn.

  5. Add the peanuts and Rice Krispies into the popcorn mixture and continue stirring to get it mixed up really well (for a couple minutes) - but careful not to crush the popcorn :)

  6. Spread the popcorn on a table or the countertop covered with sprayed (with cooking spray) wax paper to dry.

  7. Once the white chocolate has dried, break apart popcorn into half dollar size chunks and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

** This will make a lot more than the popped popcorn, as the white chocolate will dry and make clumps of popcorn
