Blueberry Kale Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 2 kale stems about 1 cup
  • 1 banana
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • 2/3 c - 1 cup Silk almond milk vanilla flavor
  • 1 measuring cup of whey protein powder

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into mixer and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
