Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 2 pound boneless pork roast or 2 pounds boneless pork riblets
  • 1/2 bottle barbeque sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar omit if you don't like a sweeter sauce/glaze

Instructions

  1. Cover bottom of crock pot with barbeque sauce
  2. Place all ingredients in crock pot
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours
  4. Shred with a fork
  5. Place meat on hamburger buns
