Spaghetti Casserole Dinner Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 16 ounce package spaghetti
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 24 ounce jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter sliced and divided
  • 1 8 ounce container cottage cheese
  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 8 ounce package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook your spaghetti to al dente, and brown your ground beef.
  2. Combine the ground beef and sauce in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, combine the sour cream, cream cheese and cottage cheese.
  4. Spray the baking dish and put some small pads of butter in the dish.
  5. Lay about 1/2 of your cooked spaghetti on top of the butter.
  6. Top with cottage cheese mixture, the remaining spaghetti and top with the ground beef and sauce mixture.
  7. Top with the remaining pads of butter.
  8. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, add cheese and bake another 15 minutes. And, enjoy!
