Chicken Oriental Dip
One of my husbands favorite appetizers - you wouldn't think so, but this recipe is a HIT with men and women, too!

cooked diced chicken (rotisserie works great!)

cup
chopped carrots

cup
chopped cashews

garlic cloves (I use fresh)

green onions

fresh parsley

tsp.
ground ginger
If you use fresh you'll need atleast 3 T worth

Sweet and sour sauce
for drizzling on top when ready to serve

(8 oz) cream cheese bars

Mix together all ingredients except the cream cheese and sweet and sour sauce and refrigerate the mixture all day or overnight.

Spread softened cream cheese on a platter.

Layer the chicken mixture over the top of the spread out cream cheese.

Drizzle sweet and sour sauce over the top of chicken and cheese mixture before serving.
