Funeral Potatoes are my go to side dish to go with any meat. You can serve these cheesy and creamy potatoes with ham, with turkey, even with cold cut sandwiches. You really can't go wrong with these.

24 ozFrozen Hashbrowns
1canCream of Chicken Soup
2cupssour cream
1/2cupmelted butter
1tspsalt
1tsponion powder
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
3cups crushed cornflakesFor topping
1/2cupmelted butterFor topping
Instructions
Let your potatoes thaw for about an hour in a colander
Move potatoes to a large bowl
Add to the potatoes: sour cream, cream of chicken soup and butter and mix well
Add in salt and onion powder and cheese, and continue to mix well.
