Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cups vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 t. baking soda
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1 t. cinnamon
  • 2 t. baking powder

Frosting:

  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 4 oz. butter at room temp
  • 1 lb. 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 2 t. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Spray Jelly Roll pan with cooking spray

  2. Mix all Pumpkin Bar ingredients together and pour in pan

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes in jelly roll pan

  4. Mix cream cheese, butter, vanilla and powered sugar in a large bowl

  5. Allow the pumpkin bars to cool, and once cooled top with frosting
