Easy Crunchy Peanut Butter Balls Dessert Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • One package Chocolate Almond Bark
  • ** optional: 1/2 bar paraffin - this would be used to make the chocolate shinier - I don't usually use it in mine it's a personal preference.

Instructions

  1. Blend together margarine, peanut butter and powdered sugar.
  2. Mix in Rice Krispies and chill in fridge for 10-20 minutes.
  3. Roll peanut butter balls into 1/2 inch balls and place in freezer for 20 minutes or so.
  4. Melt almond bark (and paraffin if using) in double boiler pan on the stove.
  5. Dip peanut butter balls into the chocolate mixture and put onto wax paper to chill until hardened.
  6. Store in airtight containers in the freezer until ready to serve.
