This Crockpot Hawaiian Chicken Recipe couldn't be any easier! If your family really likes pineapple, you could even warm up some pineapple and add it to the chicken when you put it over rice. Yum!

20oz.chicken tenderloin pieces
1/2cuppineapple juice
1/4cupbrown sugar
1oz.soy sauce
White riceto serve with chicken when it's finished cooking
* Optional: Sesame seeds browned in a 250 oven for just a few minutes
Instructions
Cut your chicken tenderloin pieces into 1-2 inch chunks
Next, combine the pineapple juice, brown sugar and soy sauce ingredients in a measuring cup or bowl
Pour the wet mixture over your chicken in the crock pot and replace the lid
Cook on low for 6 hours and serve over white rice. Be sure to get the juices from the bottom of the crock pot -- those are what make this dinner over the top!
