One Year Meal Planner Testimonials
I just printed this off and HOLY CRAP. I really hope this is a game changer for me! I'm not a meal planner but always have wanted to be one. I buy the same things over and over again and then run out of ideas. To where I don't want to even cook! We started with the Beef Street Tacos and they were delicious. New recipes, kid and family friendly! Very glad I bought this!
I purchased this and printed, it is the best thing I have spent My money on, it was a game changer!!! Not having to worry about what to make alone is a money saver. I recommend this to every mom I meet. My daughter does it as well, she absolutely loved it for her young family. Thank you thank you thank you.
"The Recipes are SO Easy!"
I was so excited when I found this because I've really been looking for a way to cut back on how much we spend on our groceries, and to stop buying a bunch of stuff that we don't need. I'm so excited for my first month of meals! I've added in one day a week to eat out as well so that we aren't feeling like we can't eat out!! Plus I'm stoaked about all the recipes because they're so easy and there's a ton of stuff that we don't make but it's all ingredients that we already eat!
What Makes Us Different?
We use real, tried & true recipes in our meal plans that will keep your grocery budget in check.
By cooking double on one night, you have two meals already made, one for tonight and one for tomorrow night. Planning saves so much time and money!
We also give you the ability to choose your side dishes to customize the plan based on what your family will enjoy.
So that you can have a few dinners at home, ready to go every week.

Frequently asked questions
I'm only feeding 2 people, will this work for me?
This meal plan is grand if you're only feeding two people. Simply make each dinner with the ingredients as called for and have your leftovers the following night.
We have 6 people to feed, will this work for our family?
It sure will! Simply double the recipe, as well as add a recipe on top. So, if the original recipe calls for one 4 oz. can of mushrooms, you would buy three 4 oz. cans of mushrooms.
What if my family doesn't like one of the dinners?
If your family doesn't like one dinner, simply remove it from your rotation and put another recipe in its place.
Can we still go out to eat from time to time?
Oh, for heavens, YES! There is a flex night built in just for that situation.
We have food allergies in our family, will this work for us?
We don't consider any food allergies in this meal plan. Check out the customized meal plan below if you are looking for a meal plan that requires working around certain allergies.
Do any of these recipes use an Instant Pot?
The Stress Free 12 Month Meal Plan uses stovetop, Crockpot and oven meals, all taking less than 30 minutes to assemble, but none of them use the Instant Pot since that's not in every household (yet!)
Can I freeze these meals to bake later?
I don't recommend these recipes for freezing to cook later, however; I have a friend who does freezer cooking that I can confidently refer you to! Click "freezer cooking meal plans" below.
What if I need more than 3 meals every week?
If you need over three meals every week, simply move other recipes in the meal plan, or add in some of your personal favorites on the nights designed for leftovers.
But, we hope that you're able to take atleast a few nights off from cooking and still have plenty of meals ready to reheat and serve.
What if I don't want to rotate the same meals every month for 3 months?
If you don't want to rotate the meals as they're set up, that is totally fine! Mix them up however you wish, that's just what we have found to work easiest.
Do your recipes call for condensed cream soups?
Some of our recipes call for canned soups (just a few) but I have also included the recipes we use for homemade alternatives when I have extra time to cook.
Can I change the nights that I cook on if I have plans that night?
You can always change the nights you cook. In fact, sometimes I will even make two dinners on Sunday so that the week is easier! Do what works best for you!
Do you have Whole30 food recipes?
I don't follow a Whole30 diet, but I have a friend who does. Click the Sugar Free Meal Plans button below to see her plans.
Fewer trips to the grocery store means less money spent. Each "extra" trip to the grocery store costs an average of $24.
Cook only a few times each week, but cook double the amount, so you always have leftovers ready to serve.
take nights off
I plan leftover nights into our meal plans. This means that you plan to have nights off from cooking.
Simply repeat each month's meal plan three times and then move on to the next quarter. Or, do each month once, then recycle it back through the meal plans.
Use family favorites
Your family probably has favorite meals. Work those tried & true dinners into your meal plan by writing them on the calendar and adding the ingredients to the grocery list.
Because our grocery lists are specific, you'll get just the right amount of ingredients for what you need to make the dinners.
