The kids Stitch Fix boxes allow me to do ALL of my kids’ shopping w/ the click of a few buttons! And, in case you’re thinking it’s too expensive, it’s NOT!
This post is sponsored by Stitch Fix but all opinions are my own.
It’s that time of year where we’re trying to stuff as much as we can into just a few weeks – and then, I have to add in back to school shopping and my mind goes just a little bonkers because, well … adulting is hard, right guys??
Insert ‘Kids Stitch Fix‘ to save the day.
I have always been a huge fan of Stitch Fix, and that’s no secret.
But, guess what – dare I even say that Kids Stitch Fix is even better?
Yep, I said it and I’m going to break down exactly why I LOVE this service (ESPECIALLY for our son!) in this post!
Ten Reasons Why You Should Love Stitch Fix Kids Too!
Want to skip all this jazz? Totally fine! Schedule your kids Fix here!

- I Didn’t Have to Leave My House
- They Fit My Kid and He DIdn’t Have To Try Anything On
- They’re SO Reasonably Priced
- I Can Exchange What I Need To
- They’re “Cool” Clothes
- I Look Awesome Because He Got Mail
- My Son Gets to See A New “Job” of Stitch Fix Stylists
- I Didn’t Have to Leave My House (Yes, That’s Here Twice on Purpose)
Let me explain:
1. It Makes My Life Easier
I feel like I shouldn’t really have to explain this one, but here goes. 🙂 I simply entered my son’s “dimensions” into the Stitch Fix portal and that was it. They also asked for his favorite colors and his style preferences and gave me a place to add notes – and then they did the rest (ev-ery-thing)
I spent ten minutes doing my back to school clothes shopping (95% of it!) in ten minutes. Hel-lo! That, my friends is about amazing as back to school shopping gets!
2. The Clothes Are Coordinated
When I completed Drew’s Stitch Fix profile I entered in that he loves soft fabrics, the colors blue and green and basketball is his second love (next to his momma of course) and guess what – I’ll be darned if all tens items in his fix weren’t: blue, green, comfy or to do with basketball.
3. I Didn’t Have to Leave My House
Since everything is done online I literally didn’t have to leave the house. I estimate that between the travel time and time spent shopping this saved me at a minimum three hours and probably more since there are a good mix of “picture day” and comfy clothes in this Stitch Fix.
4. They Fit My Kid and He Didn’t Have To Try Anything On
Everything that he pulled out of the box will fit him like a glove – and if anything doesn’t (well, see point #6)
5. They’re SO Reasonably Priced
The Stitch Fix Kids clothes are really economical. And, when you figure in the fact that you get a 25% discount on your entire purchase when you buy everything in your order – you get several items for free if you keep the whole box (which we are totally doing for each of these back to school boxes!)
6. I Can Exchange What I Need To
If anything doesn’t happen to fit like a glove I can easily exchange what I need to for a different size – this is more awesome than you’ll ever know since (again) it just comes straight to my house.
To get them item I want to return to Stitch Fix I will put it into the provided USPS bag and drop it on the counter at our local post office. Since it’s a prepaid bag I don’t even have to wait in line (THANK YOU Stitch Fix, those post office lines are horrible)!
7. They’re “Cool” Clothes
The Stitch Fix Stylists know what’s up with kids fashion. There were items in both my kids boxes on this go ’round that I never would have ever picked out on my own but my kids love them!
I kind of chuckled that I have an adult version of two of the shirts that our daughter was sent (twinning!)
8. I Look Awesome Because They Got Mail
Is there any other way to make a child feel special than to have them get their very own box of clothes that have been picked out just for them? And, there’s even a personalized note written to them from their stylist that tells why they picked certain items for this fix. The kids LOVE this!
9. My Son Gets to See A New “Job” of Stitch Fix Stylists
In a world where every kid wants to be a “youtuber” (admit it, that’s one of their top aspirations!) it’s awesome that they get to see that there are other really cool career choices – our daughter even mentioned this all on her own how cool it would be to become a Stitch Fix stylist!
10. I Didn’t Have to Leave My House (Yes, That’s Here Twice)
Because – ’nuff said, right?
