I am totally inreetsted in this topic. I am fair skinned and light eyed as are my husband and my precious 6 year old boy. I have had pre-cancerous moles removed, and my husband had a melanoma removed (he is totally fine caught very early). I cook so often from a book called: Vitality Foods for Health and Fitness by Pierre Jean Cousin and Kristen Hartvig, It is all about eating the right foods to protect your body from disease, and foods that boost your immune system. It also lists eating plans for combatting several different diseases.I will totally be researching this topic! I will remain using only organic skin-care/sun-screen. I do wonder about the melanoma rate increasing that much just because they did not know what Melanoma was doesn’t mean it did not kill them just a thought. As always I totally appreciate your blog, your passion and your ability to deliver such important things to consider Thank you for looking out for all of us! xo Kit

You have it completely right, just take birth cootrnl and use condoms to be really safe. Getting your tubes tied would be a great idea, and if you were to ever change your mind, though I don’t think you will, you can reverse that operation.
