Hey, hey! If you’re here, you may have heard about or seen my Facebook Live video featuring and unboxing of these toys — get from here first – these are SO much fun! Read on to see how to enter the giveaway that I mentioned in my Facebook Live event. 😀
I absolutely love this time of the year – with all of the family memory making, the gift giving, the decorations, the holiday smells, the lights all around town… what’s NOT to get excited about?! It’s a time to be grateful, reflect on accomplishments and surround those near us with hugs, love, and extra thoughts. And, it’s time to get to showering our kids and family members with fun new gifts and gadgets.
Once October arrives we start receiving Holiday Toy Catalogs… too early? I have to admit that I don’t think so because it allows me to figure out what’s going to be hot and on every kid’s Christmas list.
And with that, I am so excited to share with you two hot toys this season from popular toy maker Hasbro — if you haven’t heard about them quite yet, I’m guessing it will only be a matter of time before your kids start politely hinting that they’d love to have them underneath the tree this year.
First, adorned in every toy catalog this holiday season is Torch, My Blazin’ Dragon and we’re in luck as it’s sale for only $59.99 this week in stores and online at Toys ‘R’ Us (regularly priced at $79.99). Torch is the interactive toy that can play with you that every little kids Christmas dreams are made of. The dragon responds to touch and even “mists” after dispensing water in the top of it’s head with the included squeezable pouch.
Torch also comes with a “roastable” marshmallow that turns color when the “flame”/mist hits the marshmallow. And, the noises it makes are undeniably adorable. This toy is so cool! But, don’t forget your Duracell batteries, because you’ll need four “C” batteries. I always grab extra batteries because there’s nothing worse than a new toy on Christmas morning and no batteries to play with it, right?
The next “must-have toy” on your kids list this year will definitely be this adorable Hasbro FurReal Friends Bootsie Pet. This toy is also on sale this week at your local Toys ‘R’ Us and online at ToysRUs.com, priced at $39.99 for a limited time, regularly $49.99. Bootsie allows kids to wave at her or tap her mouth with the included fish-shaped treat and she/he even makes fun expressions. And, because this furry toy also plays with the kiddos, you won’t want to forget your Duracell batteries for this one either — it takes 4 AA Duracell Batteries, so be prepared during the buy one, get one 40% off sale going on through 11/12 at Toys ‘R’ Us as well!
Now, for the giveaway I’ve promised! I am very excited to host a giveaway for one reader to win a $100 Toys“R”Us gift card plus Duracell batteries! Awesome, right?!
See the giveaway box below where you’ll tell us what you’ll be using your Duracell batteries to power up this Christmas season to enter. You can also do me a solid and follow some of my social media accounts as a bonus entry as well. Merry Christmas to YOU!!
