It’s been some time since I’ve done a giveaway, but I’m excited to be able to share with you “The $5 Dinner Mom Breakfast & Lunch Cookbook,” written by the fabulous Erin Chase of $5 Dinners and new food blog, One Dish Dinners.

She even has a section on snacks, which I love because as a mother of four, I’m always looking for healthy, new snack ideas.

In addition to recipes, Erin offers tips on strategic couponing and strategic meal planning to help you get yummy family meals on the table without breaking the bank. Among my favorite recipes: huevos rancheros, raspberry french toast and maple pecan oatmeal. I love breakfasts and was excited to find so many recipes that were easy to make!
