Buffalo Chicken Meatballs Recipe
Around here, we love meatball recipes. I especially love meatballs, as they’re crazy easy to make and these are no exception. And, because everything tastes better with buffalo sauce, we’ll add some of that, too.
To make these mouth-watering Buffalo Chicken Meatballs you’ll need to gather:
- 1 lb. ground white meat chicken
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 small onion chopped (optional)
- salt & pepper as desired
- 1/2 c. Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
- Top with green onions (optional)
In a bowl combine the ground chicken, garlic, salt and pepper and onion in a bowl. Once combined, make your meatballs (this recipe makes 16 meatballs) and set on a baking pan or a baking sheet (one like this is awesome because it catches any runoff grease. Two spoons work well to make your meatballs, or in my search for the perfect way to make meatballs I found this contraption for only $3.50, which may be making tis way to Iowa here, very soon. 😉 . Bake at 400° for 13 to 15 minutes until browned. After cooked, simply toss in warmed buffalo sauce. These meatballs are so moist and can be eaten alone, on bread as a meatball sub sandwich or on a salad as your protein. Serve with your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressings, celery and carrots. So moist and so good. Enjoy.
