Walgreens Coupon Matchups & Deals (Speed Stick, Advil & More)

Here are some of my favorite deals at Walgreens this week below. At Walgreens, you can always use a store coupon stacked with a manufacturer coupon. Another thing to note is that Register Rewards (Walgreens in-store incentive program) are considered a manufacturer coupon, unless the Register Reward states otherwise.

I wanted to also let you know that there has been a new system update to the Walgreens Balance Rewards Program as well. It appears that no longer can one receive double or triple points for identical items in one shopping transaction. If you are purchasing multiples of one item and are hoping to get the Balance Rewards for each item then it appears you will need to do separate transactions.
