JCPenney Offering FREE Kids Haircuts Through August

Woo hoo! Do you need to get the kids in for that back-to-school haircut? Well, here's one steal of a deal!

JCPenney announced that they are going to be offering free haircuts for kids between the ages of Kindergarten through 6th grade at all JCPenney salons across the USA through the month of August starting August 1st!

How sweet is that!?
