I just got off an online chat with Snapfish customer service after I went back to their main website Offer page and their offer DOES state 3 times that they are giving away a Free Collage Photo Mug, and they show the picture of an actual Collage Mug. Yet when you look in your account, they are only giving credit for the $9.99 Plain White Mug and the customer service person confirmed this yet wouldnt answer why their written online offer is incorrect as it is really misleading. Oh well, seemed it was a little too good to be true to get the nicer Collage mug. Even as a freebie, they are pulling people in to sign up and under what really is an incorrect offer. Thank you again.

I love all the great items you write about and this one caught my eye as I missed out on prior collage photo mugs and so I signed up and then I too found that they really are not giving away a free collage mug, what they give you is their plain white mug with just one photo on it. Even though that one is still free, it’s just not what they say they are giving away. What have your other readers been finding?
Melissa C says: Click ‘Livechat’ and type to a customer service rep. My CSR was able to give me the 15 oz collage mug for free. Kind of a pain since they are advertising it, but it is worth the hassle to save $16.99. Hope that helps, good luck!
Hello Erin and thank you for this great freebie. I just signed up and after going through the process I found out it is NOT the Collage Mug that is being offered for Free. Your posting should state that Snapfish is only offering their Plain White 11oz Mug which sells for $ 9.99 as the FREEBIE. This is what my shopping cart Credit Gave Me : 1 credit white mug, 11oz, 4×8.5 -9.99
Their Collage Mug is what they call a Snapshot Photo mug and it is $11.99 and NOT Free. You can only pick one picture to be placed on your plain white photo mug , yet it’s still a FREE $9.99 item. The Shipping came to $5.99. PLUS their website says that if you complete your order right now, you will be entered to WIN 1 of 15 Laptop computers. WOO HOO! Thank you again Erin.
