Stop by Kroger this week to pick up two Hasbro card games for FREE. Here’s the scoop. These card games are on sale buy-one-get-one-free through Saturday at Kroger. Use the buy-one-get-one-free coupon (up to $6.99) on page 3 of the USA Weekend insert in yesterday’s newspaper to get both for free.

Hasbro card games include Scrabble Slam, Rook, Monopoly Deal, Littlest Pet Shop Go Fish and Pictureka. Coupon expires 11/30. Quick note that not all markets get USA Weekend with their Sunday paper. Many, like mine, get Parade instead. Thanks, Crazy Over Coupons! For more great Kroger deals, be sure to check out Mommy Snacks.

Aren't they free at Target, too? If you buy the two on the Target coupon (toy book)that coordinate with the two from the paper this weekend?

I'm confused….how are they free if the coupon reads "buy one"…don't you still have to buy something to use this coupon? Can you explain to this newbie? :)

I'd have to say I agree w/ Nicole above ^^^^.

I don't see how this will fly.

The only way I can see that this would work is if you got *4*.

Two would be free via Kroger deal and then use one coupon to get one more free.

You would still pay for one….

Right?

I'm confused about this deal as well. Usually at my Kroger if something is BOGO free each rings up for 1/2 of the price, so I would think that the coupon would only take the 1/2 price off of one of the games and then I would have to pay 1/2 price for the remaining one? Still a great deal. Please explain! Thanks!

It works. I left the previous comment & stacked USA & Target this a.m. When you stack a store BOGO & manufacturer's BOGO they go in and subtract the amount of the item twice. (In my case 5.24 per game). Voilà! 10.48 FREE!

At Kroger B1G1F sale the products each ring up half price. So not 2 free but pretty cheap.

The only Target coupon I could find says. "Free card game with purchase of Monopoly City game or Scrabble Deluxe Edition" Is there another Target coupon out there that I am missing?

the USA weekend didn't come in our paper. Where can we find it online? OR does anyone have a copy to scan and share?

Where could I get the target coupon?

I agree with Watkins- I can't find any other B1G1 coupon besides where you have to buy a board game to get a card game free.

There is not another Target coupon that I'm aware of…so the deal will not work there. Too bad, these are not on sale at our King Soopers!

Anonymous… "p5, third q down on the right hand side" of what? We didn't get this insert in our paper. I'm in north Dallas.

My Kroger doesn't have the card games B1G1, only the BOARD games! Bummer, would be a fab deal!

I just got back from doing this at my Kroger (I'm in Michigan) and it worked great! They had a Christmas display of games and the card games were over there!

They are two of the same card games on the USA coupons…not board games.

Ok. Here is how you get to the Target Coupon: http://offers.e-centives.com/mcp/pd.cfm?encp=bw3Edh8NsU3vzmfu%2BCqxk1gE5kAdfbx6dC45DH8m6FuvNQDwYVl3xOH31DkRj79yzb%2BSNmiA400OBmnS5K0e6cYTtzrdUNC2

Or Target.com -> scroll to bottom of page where it says grocery coupons -> then click toys over on the left of screen -> skip to page 5 -> Enjoy

I forgot to mention that the Target coupon does say once you print it with the purchase of Monoply City or Scrabble Deluxe Diamond Edition.

anonymous, I am confused as to how you did this. I think you are talking about the target coupon in the toy coupon book right? But the one I see says "FREE Monopoly Deal or Scrabble Slam Card Game WYB
Monopoly City or Scrabble Delux Diamond Edition". Is that the coupon you used? Did they let you get two card games instead of one card game and one of the other games? I would love to be able to get this deal because I have had my eyes on those card games anyways… please help.

Hi,

Careful! If you're doing this deal at Target:

Make sure you use the Monopoly Deal and Scrabble Slam BOGO Target coupon. Those are card games, NOT board games. If you use Monopoly City or Scrabble Deluxe Diamond Edition, this won't work. Personally, instead of printing this one online, I looked through the Target toy book and found the pictures that matched the USA Today coupon. You can print it online through the link from Erin, but the pictures of the like items are on the one in the toy book, if you're not sure you have the right coupon. With the Target BOGO and Hasbro BOGO, both come out free!

Thanks! This worked with no problem at my Kroger. I gave the cashier my q 1st. She saw the full price when the 1st scanned wrote it on the q then took off that amount at the end Awesome deal.

i paid $5.24 for one at target & just got the second free (i used the manufacturers coupon. i stopped at kroger first but they didn't have any of these card games, i guess they didnt carry them at all. i live in michigan. i didn't know i could stack it with the target coupon, and i had that one too in my purse ;(. oh well still a good deal.

I'm still confused about doing this at Target. Regardless of whether you get the Target coupon online or from the toy book, it still says "Free Monopoly Deal card game or Scrabble Slam card game "WITH PURCHASE OF" Monopoly City game or Scrabble Deluxe Diamond Edition. So how are you guys using this to get card games when it clearly references board games?

I tried this at Target today and it didn't work. In the fine print of the Target coupon it says "when you purchase" some other game…..the cashier called me out on it and I only got the USA Wkndr deal of BOGO. It wasn't a bad deal…but absolutely I was not able to get both free…and I did use the appropriate coupons.
