Hello: I work with a geat deal of senior citizens. I organize their homes which includes their pantries. I usually find canned food four years old and sometimes older. They usually want to keep the cans, but I discourage it. I am writing you as I would like information on this matter so that I can pass it on to my senior clients. They live in a large senior community and talk to each other about these things. I am concered for their safety. Can you help me? By the way, I love Del Monte. Great Product!! Janette
